Recruitment conditions
1. Candidates must be able to complete 12 years of school education and graduate. Or those who meet the same criteria.
2. Candidates must have studied Japanese for at least 150 hours (priority will be given to those with JLPT N5 or JTEST F or above).
3. Can cover all expenses during the study abroad period.

Application documents
Identification documents:
No 01: application form
・Applicant must fill out in their own language or English。
No 02: resume
・The applicant must fill out the form in their native language or English, sign it, and attach a translation of the "reason for studying abroad".
・Application form with a minimum of 5 years of education, "Advanced Studies Plan" and translation attached.
No 03: Certificate of final education
・If you have graduated, submit your graduation certificate.
・Those who expect to graduate must submit a certificate of expected graduation and a transcript.
No 04: Japanese language proficiency certificate（A or B）
・A Submit the results of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
・B Submit a certificate issued by a Japanese language educational institution. (Please clearly indicate the [study period] and [study hours].)
No 05: Copy of passport (if you have one)
・Submit pages containing your name, nationality, passport number, photo, etc.
・If you have entered Japan before, please also submit the page showing your entry permit sticker.
No 06: ID photos (4 photos)
・Photo taken within the last 3 months. Front view (no hat), no background, in color.（4cm*3cm）
Financial sponsor documents:
No 07: Financial support letter
・The financial supporter must fill out the document in their own language or English, sign it, and attach a translation.
No 08: family relationship certificate
・Translation attached.
No 09: proof of deposit
・The name of the sponsor must be the original bank deposit certificate, fixed deposit account, etc. (2 million yen or more)
No 10: Fund formation certificate
・Documents issued by a bank that clarify the history of financial formation for the past year (certificate of occupation, certificate of income, etc.)
No 11: certificate of employment
・Sole proprietors must submit a business permit.
No 12: income certificate
・Submit income certificate and tax payment certificate for the past year.
No 13: Family register certificate
・Submit copies of all pages.

申し込みから入国入学までの流れ
Flow from application to entry into Japan and admission
STEP 01: Application
Apply through an intermediary designated by our school or contact our school's sales staff directly.
STEP 02: Creating materials
Please fill out the application form, resume, and financial support form specified by our school.
STEP 03: Document review and notification of results
We will decide whether you are accepted or not based on the documents we review.
The result will be communicated to you or your study abroad agent.
STEP 04: Material mailing
Please prepare the documents from the Immigration Bureau and mail them to the location specified by our school.
STEP 05: Applying for a Certificate of Eligibility
I will apply on behalf of the school.
STEP 06: Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility
The result will be communicated to the student or the study abroad agency.
STEP 07: Transfer of admission fees
Please transfer the money by the specified date and time.
STEP 08: Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility
Once tuition fees have been confirmed, we will send you a Certificate of Eligibility and a letter of admission by mail.
STEP 09: Visa application
The student will apply for a visa with their Certificate of Eligibility and Letter of Admission.
STEP 10: Book a flight ticket
Once you have booked your flight, please inform the school of your ticket details.
If you are using the paid pick-up service, please contact the school as soon as possible.
STEP 11: Entry into the country
When you go through immigration at the airport, you will receive a residence card and permission to engage in activities other than those permitted under the status of residence permitted by your visa.
