Here at Waseda Japanese Education Center, our mission is to challenge our students to face the world and deepen their desire to hope for the future. We want to help our students make their dreams into a reality.

ところで、皆さんの活躍の舞台である21世紀は20世紀とは違い、より複雑で一層グローバル化が浸透してゆく世界です。このような世界で夢を実現するためには、まずは外国語・異文化理解・ⅠＴ技能という3つの分野で「基礎体力」をしっかりと養う必要があります。

The world stages between the 20th and 21st centuries are different, and above all more complicated and globalized than ever. To achieve goals in this world, learning a foreign language, understanding different cultures and gaining IT skills are the three fields that are considered the foundations that must be fostered.

さらには、複雑な出来事の背後にある核心を把握する賢さと、世界が抱える問題について考えぬく力を鍛え上げることも、皆さんの人生をより高くより遠くへ導くうえで欠かせない大切なポイントです。

Furthermore, to attain intelligence and understand the core background of the complicated affairs, we must think thoroughly about solving the problems in our society together with training well. These actions are important to make everyone’s life easier and fulfilling.

皆さんの夢を夢で終わらせないために、ぜひチャレンジし続ける勇気、挫けることの無い忍耐力、そして最後までやり抜く実行力を発揮してください。
